Course Description
Projects are inherently risky ventures and management of Risk is a program that really encourages good positive, pro-active behaviours towards risk in your projects. Risks have to be proactively managed in order to achieve project success. Project Risk Management (PRM) provides an effective approach to improve decision-making, reduce threats, and increase the probability of the project achieving its cost, time and other objectives. The course is designed to ensure that the projects that we are either selecting, or delivering are not going to become “white elephants”, wasted opportunities that cost the organisation or even country monies that can lead to financial disaster.

- Develop knowledge of using tools and techniques to identify, analyse, mitigate and control risks in a professional manner.
