Course Description
Etiquette, ethics and protocol are three aspects of organisational culture that influence directly on organisational performance: failure to manage them well leads to poor organisational performance. Business etiquette is about building relationships with other people and not about rules and regulations. It is related to providing basic social comfort and creating an environment through effective and improved communication. Etiquette is a collective term for a set of norms and conventions that govern social behaviour and is required in societal relations. Good business etiquette improve organisational culture and have a profound impact on the success and growth of the organisation.
