Course Description

The growth and prosperity of any organisation depends on its relationship with its publics and environment, which includes suppliers, partners and, customers. The fundamental understanding of business relations management is significant for every Manager to ensure success and attainment of long-term strategical goals and objectives. Nevertheless, this course is designed to provide a solid baseline level of knowledge in effective Business Process Management. In other words, this course provides the “why” and the “what” – “why” business relationship management is important to your organization and “what” a BRM capability does do to add value to your organization.
