Course Description

Since Events and Meetings have become more popular these days of many issues of world activities, which require global consensus, public relations and protocol observance have also become more critical. First impressions are often made within seven seconds of a meeting and are difficult, if not impossible, to change. Public relations is a strategic communications process that organisations use to build mutually beneficial relationships with the public. However, the course is designed to share insights on how Protocol and Travel responsibilities should be integrated into an overall Public Relations as well as techniques for the successful planning of both domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, meetings and travel arrangements. It clears up the challenges faced in many diplomatic incidents, which occur due to the personnel's lack of understanding of various protocol standards.
