Course Description

Cleaning staff are considered the most important employees – not only because they sweep the paths and collect litter but because they are the most visible employees and therefore critical to customer service. Professional cleaning is a skill that requires a broad knowledge in a wide range of skills, including planning and organisation, surface materials, cleaning techniques, health, and safety for chemicals, equipment and site. The aim of this course is to empower cleaning staff to take responsibility for the quality of their work.
