Having observed and concerned with the challenges faced, Namibia Institute of Management & Training Pty Ltd provides project consultancy services to a wide range of donor funded development projects, with the aim to help implementing agencies reduce risks and improve the management and effective implementation of the projects. Our objective is to provide guidance and support to project implementing to aid achievement of set goals and objectives.

We are dedicated and offer robust operational project models designed to provide efficient and cost-effective development project management services that cover all project phases: Community Participatory Appraisals, Proposal Writing, Sourcing of Donor Funds, Procurement, until Implementation and Evaluation.

Our project management services include capacity building of the project implementing staff in critical areas to align skills & knowledge of project requirements to achieve funding partners’ requirements and expectations. This is crucial to the successful implementation and completion of large scale and complex projects. We also provide guidance to agencies implementing projects, in Africa, which are funded by the European Union (EU), World Bank (WB), African Development Bank (AfDB Funded), The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and United Nations Agencies.

Our formal approach is to assist organisations to identify, prioritize, coordinate and monitor projects that align with funding partner strategy and goals. This is to assist many organisations that cannot always ensure sufficient in-house focus and resources to enable them to manage projects effectively and successfully.
